Filter Recycling Services, Inc. (FRS) was founded in 1988. The principle focus of FRS has always been “To protect the environment by recovering natural resources”. In 1990, FRS outgrew their Riverside location and purchased and constructed a State-of-the-art processing facility, which encompasses 5 acres in Rialto, CA.

For the past 20 years FRS has been a leader in reuse and recycling of solid and liquid waste. The FRS operation encompasses two facilities for the transfer, treatment, and recycling of hazardous waste. FRS has over 800 employees dedicated to the protection of human health and the environment. FRS operates a variety of transportation and service vehicles including roll-off trucks, vacuum tankers, end dumps, vactors and van body trucks. Other services include: hydro-blaster, jetter services and steam cleaner/pressure washer capabilities.
FRS operations include treatment of hazardous waste, transportation of liquids and solids, tank cleaning, confined space entry, product destruction, environmental consulting, scheduled services, 24 hour emergency response, and field project management of remediation projects.
 
FRS operates two facilities, a fully permitted TSDF in Southern California and a transfer facility in Northern California. FRS operates the largest Transportable Treatment Unit (TTU) for soil fixation and remediation. The TTU can reuse industrial waste waters and additional ingredients to render contaminated soils non-hazardous.
